Every purchase follows the same path. Products are evaluated, commercial terms are reviewed and a purchase order is issued. The goods are then imported into the UAE and distributed through wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels.

The sourcing process in detail

Each supply opportunity follows a clear sequence. Suppliers know what to expect, what information we need and how a commercial decision is reached.

    Identification of manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters and stockists offering commercially suitable products.

    Initial Discussion

    Introduction, product availability, export capability and commercial requirements.

    Catalogue & Commercial Review

    Review of product range, wholesale pricing, MOQ, stock availability and commercial terms.

  4. 04

    Product & Sample Evaluation

    Evaluation of selected products and samples where required.

    Direct evaluation

    Supplier Visit

    Where commercially appropriate, our management may visit the supplier's headquarters, showroom, factory or warehouse to evaluate products and discuss the potential cooperation directly.

    Seeing products, stock and operations first-hand allows both parties to confirm quality, packaging, availability and logistics before significant purchasing commitments are made.

    Commercial Negotiation

    Final discussion regarding quantities, pricing, Incoterms, availability and payment conditions.

  7. 07

    Purchase Order

    Formal wholesale purchase following commercial approval.

  8. 08

    Export & UAE Import

    Coordination of export documentation, logistics and import into the United Arab Emirates.

    Wholesale, Retail & E-commerce Distribution

    Products are distributed through AL NOKHBA's wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels — primarily within the UAE, with selected opportunities in GCC markets.

Direct Supplier Engagement

Our management engages directly with international manufacturers, distributors and suppliers to evaluate suitable products and establish commercially viable supply relationships. Where appropriate, management may visit supplier offices, showrooms, warehouses or manufacturing facilities to review products, discuss commercial terms and evaluate potential cooperation.
